The service

Bedriftssjekk shows facts about Norwegian limited companies from the Register of Business Enterprises and the Register of Company Accounts and, on the website, from Google Maps and the company's own front page. The provider is Cosmotech AS (company no. 927855208).

Information, not advice

Answers are information from public sources, with the source stated. They are not financial, legal or other advice and not an assessment of a company. Registers can be delayed or wrong. Check important facts at the source before acting on them. If something is wrong, write to hei@cosmotech.no. Register data is corrected at the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

"Not found" and "Unknown"

"Ukjent" (unknown) means we do not have reliable data. "Ikke funnet" (not found) in the website check means we saw nothing on the front page or one contact page, not that it is missing.

What we expect

Use the service for ordinary lookups. Do not extract registers in bulk and do not work around request limits.
Do not use it to harass or profile individuals. The service does not show people.
Google data is used under Google's terms. You may not store or resell it.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We may change or stop it, and we may set usage limits to protect the service and its sources.

Liability

To the extent Norwegian law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss caused by errors in the sources. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not affected.

Licence and sources

Register data is open data under NLOD. Google data belongs to Google. Names and logos belong to their owners. The service is not made or endorsed by OpenAI or the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Governing law

Norwegian law applies. Disputes are decided by Oslo District Court unless mandatory law says otherwise.
